Equipment platforms are designed to support specialized equipment and to accommodate various manufacturing process layouts. Example applications include support of generator and air handling equipment, conveyor systems, materials processing equipment, food and beverage processing equipment, robotic equipment, vision inspection systems, pipeline and wireway support systems.

3D models and digital drawings are shared to ensure all required clearances and constraints are satisfied. Stamped PE drawings and calculations are provided for each project. All platforms are nut and bolt construction so that hot work is not required on-site. Numerous options are available for coatings, rails, gates, decking, and access types. Platforms can be preassembled for client’s inspection and/or for modular shipping to minimize site installation time. Additional features can include overhead trolley systems, jib crane supports, and fall arrest tie-off points. Footing and pier design, if required, is provided at no additional cost.
