All platforms are nut and bolt construction, eliminating the need for on-site hot work. Numerous options are available for coatings, rails, gates, decking, and access types. Platforms can be preassembled for client’s inspection and/or for modular shipping to minimize site installation time. Footing and pier design, if required, is provided at no additional cost.

Garage Condo & Flex Spaces

Mezzanines By Design collaborates with developers and individuals that own a garage condominium or have a metal building on their personal property to design a platform customized to the individual’s unique interest or application. We can provide long beam spans, specialized column locations, architectural handrail and stair options, and an array of specialized coatings. We also provide 3D illustrations with color schemes and options that allow the client to visualize exactly what the final product will look like. We work closely with the client from “idea to reality” and provide guidance with building codes and permitting requirements. Our installation team understands the specialized environment in which these structures are to be erected and will handle your installation with “white glove” treatment. We work around your schedule and provide quick turn-around solutions so you can start enjoying your space as soon as possible.
