    • Multiple model checking measures are used to ensure proper fit and minimize error's before any physical production begins.
    • Every structure undergoes seismic analysis for the location of the final product.
      • Modeled in RISA-3D® to ensure correct member sizes and withstand local seismic activity.
    • All members are designed using the L/360 design criteria to ensure reliable serviceability.
    • All structures will be reviewed by a Registered Professional Engineer of your state to ensure all applicable codes and regulations are met.
  • BIM
    • The modeling software we use gives each piece its own number that stays with that piece throughout the entire design and fabrication process. This ensures all pieces are accounted for and minimizes errors in fabrication, delivery, and installation.
    • If changes need to be made after fabrication has begun, the software keeps track of the changes and updates all drawings associated with those changes.
  • Production & QC
      Production
    • Since we are an AISC Certified Fabricator, we only use quality materials from reputable sources.
    • All our welders are tested twice a year and undergo continual training.
    • Every piece gets inspected before welding is performed, then again after the welding is completed to ensure quality welds.
    • QC
    • Every single piece of your structure receives a final inspection before it is packaged and sent to you.
    • All fasteners are accounted for and assigned to your job.
